Xylan coating has been reformulated for the application to high performing screw compressor equipment. The Xylan coating, based upon an existing coating, provides for greater abrasion resistance whilst maintaining the overall performance for low coefficient of friction as low as 0.02. The reformulated Xylan coating has its own unique application process giving maximum opportunity for in service life and operating performance in the field.
