Xylan® coating has been applied to remote equipment designed to work in deep water monitoring the activity of such items as mooring lines and monitoring the movement of North Sea drilling rigs. The Xylan® coating was specified by the customer for its corrosion resistance and its colour, in this instance Citrus Yellow, to aid the visibility of the monitoring equipment in deep water.
