With industrial markets now being on a global scale, we at PTFE Applied Coatings offer a professional service to all our customers. Our knowledge base and problem solving abilities can provide for a bespoke and adapatable approach to many problems confronted by engineers. We continue to work in a collaborative manner with designers and production engineers providing technical support with the attention to detail.

Our track record and experience gained over the past thirty years has enabled PTFE Applied Coatings to be trusted by both large and small organisations who require a specialist approach to problems. During this period we have assisted research and consulting organisations to succssefully conclude both high end and low volume projects on time and to a consistant standard as required by the project brief.

PTFE Applied Coatings is based in Worthing, West Sussex, close to the primary road and motorway network. The company operates a two shift system which allows for flexibility and an extended working day to service the customer’s delivery requirements. The company has a range of processing techniques and equipment at its disposal to cater for the precision coated components industry. The QMS system provides for the full traceability of all purchased raw materials and Customer’s supplied materials and/or components to be managed and controlled in an efficient manner.

We remain actively associated with the world’s leading material manufacturers, such as Chemours and Whitford Ltd and are proud to be part of a small group of select companies awarded licenses and approvals by them. PTFE Applied Coatings continues to develop our technical expertise and has the ability to support and assist all future engineering and industrial business sectors and existing customers.
