Coating types are available in both liquid and powder. The versatility of these coatings allows for almost unlimited application to a wide range of part geometry and configurations, adding value far beyond the inherent nonstick qualities.

Industrial coating are applied by spray method. However, with powder materials these are applied by the electrostatic method. All coatings are then baked (cured) to create a tough inert finish. Over the years, manufacturers such as Chemours and Whitford Ltd, have extended the technology of coatings to ensure a system with the ideal combination of properties to meet most design needs.

By combining heat resistance with almost total chemical inertness, excellent stability and a low coefficient of friction, the range of industrial coatings offer a balance of properties unbeatable by any other material.
